How It Works

Hey everyone! First of all, thank you so much for supporting our family-owned, small business. We appreciate you!!

Please continue to read our delivery procedure to understand how it works with us!

Give us a list of items you wish to order! Text your order through Whatsapp to this phone number:

 562-228-4225.

​

For NEW CUSTOMER, 

along with your order/list, please tell us your address and an alternate phone number. That way, at the time of delivery, if you are not able to be reached, we will call the alternate to help you pick up your order.

 

For REGULAR CUSTOMER,

if your address and phone number is the same as first mentioned, you do not need to tell us again, we save your info for future deliveries. If you number of addresses changes, please let us know.

Once we get your order, we will send you the receipt in pdf form, within 24hours max, which tells you the price of each wanted item:

Go through your receipt (which is sent as a pdf). For any changes you wish to make in quantity and/or price, inform us by texting back through Whatsapp to the same number mentioned in step 1.

 

Then, an updated pdf/receipt will be sent to you. Finally, please confirm your order.

 please note:

 after order confirmation, product unavailability and price changes may occur. If so, we’ll inform you by sending another updated pdf/receipt.

Confirm your Receipt/order!

In order to confirm your delivery, please make the payment. After receiving the payment, we will then begin safely procuring your items for delivery.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

If you’re paying with cash, you may do so at the time of delivery.

​

If payment is through Venmo or Zelle, please tell us at the beginning, when you're placing your order (text us through the number in

step 1).

Final Touches!

Your order number and total amount is in the PDF version of the receipt we send to you.

PLEASE NOTE: 

      -we accept payment only through 

cash/venmo/zelle. 

      -for CASH payments: after your items are delivered, and you have paid the delivery person your total, please text the above phone number confirming you have paid in cash.

 If your delivery person does not have enough change, we can adjust the price in your next order. Meaning, we’ll minus the amount we owe you as change from your next total. This must be communicated to us using the same number you used when placing the order. If you do not prefer this method, we will give your change through Zelle or Venmo, please also text us yout Zelle or Venmo number/ID.  

      - for VENMO and ZELLE payments: please *mention your order number in description of the payment. Please have payment done on same day of delivery BEFORE 12am*. If you pay after 12am, please send a screenshot of your payment with order number in description to above number (562-228-4225)

DELIVERY!

OUR DELIVERY PERSON WILL COME TO YOUR STREET/OUTSIDE YOUR HOUSE AND CALL THE NUMBER YOU USED TO PLACE YOUR ORDER. THEN, YOU COME OUT TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER.

-IF WE COULD NOT DELIVER TO YOU AT THE DAY PROMISED, WE WILL REFUND THE MONEY.

*WE DO NOT DELIVER AT DOORSTEP*

COLLECT YOUR GROCERIES AND SHOW PROOF OF PAYMENT. :)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- If your total comes out to be more than $10, your delivery is free!!

HOWEVER, if you're a student, elderly, or disabled, we will offer free delivery automatically. 

- If there are any defects with the item(s) we delivered, we can replace it for you and dispose the initial 

product away.

*Otherwise, please respect our NO Return / No Exchange policy.*
